    I have received the laptop the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth was not working and need to download there drivers and found the display driver was not downloaded as well. Couldn’t connect it to a network so took it to laptop repairer to install the drivers which it cost me £20 to get it work.

    The product was beyond different from what was advertised, The USB port did not work, the OS advertised was windows 11 i was send a windows 10pro, the description says 2560 X 1440 screen resolution and i was sent a 1920 x 1080 that is even questionable and battery drains in blink of an eye, i had to use alot of youtube tutorials to even get the manchine to start beyond a faulty OS installation and drives re-insttallation

    Dear Seller I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the condition of the laptop I received from your company. When I opened the package today, I was shocked to find that the product was in far worse condition than I had expected based on the advertised condition rating (Good). The laptop has a large deep dent on the left corner, a 1x1.5 cm scratch on the top lid, and is missing two of the bottom slip rubbers. These defects are not minor scratches that are not visible from 20 inch distance, as I had expected based on the condition rating. Instead, they are significant and highly noticeable defects that significantly impact the appearance of the product. I am extremely disappointed that I have received a product in such poor condition, especially since I had purchased it as a gift for someone in another country and am now unable to exchange or refund the item. I feel that I have been misled by the advertised condition rating and believe that the product I received is not of the quality that I was promised.
