    This is the first of two phones I have purchased from back market now which has come and is the incorrect region for my service provider. This first phone (Pixel 8) I received was a Japanese model, and the second (S23) is a United States model. This means that they don't work properly with my service provider 02. This is an issue which a lot of customers may now be aware of, so please do your research as to whether your service provider works with non UK/international versions and beware when purchasing from this website, as many sellers here do not sell the correct region model
