Was very well packaged and arrived very quickly, great to hear that it came from an organisation that supported refugees. Monitor has a few scratches on the monitor display itself and a few scratches and marks on the stand but this was in line with the "fair" description. Otherwise the monitor is in full working order and the power cable was included.

I was really excited when my MacBook Air arrived, and at first glance it looked almost brand new. After using it for a while, I did start to notice a few light scratches here and there. They aren’t immediately visible - you only notice them when you look closely - but that’s expected for a device listed in fair condition. The battery health was at 89% when I received it, and it performs impressively well. With my current light usage, it lasts nearly two days before I need to charge it again. Overall, the MacBook is in good condition, works perfectly for my needs, and I’m very happy with the purchase, especially considering the price.

Arrived in good time and was excellently packaged. Was described as being in ‘excellent’ condition which I’d just about agree with. More scuffs and marks that i thought there’d be but generally I was very happy and it works well. Very substantial in weight. The relatively low score relates to the fact that screws to attach the base plate together were not included. I tried buying some online but they were the wrong size but luckily I had some stored away that did the job. I’d give it a 3.5/5
