    The phone was in really good condition, screen and back was flawless. Really responsive screen display, basically everything you need in a phone, practically no difference although refurbished. But the screen protector that comes with the phone is terrible, it affects the detection of your fingers onto your screen so it wont be that accurate or responsive.

    Well happy I’d never heard of Backmarket I was recommended by a friend so I ordered the 16 pro max and it was delivered the next day, it’s a fantastic phone you would never know it had been refurbished there’s not a mark on it and the battery life is 95 %.     Really nice phone in exceptional condition, much better than anticipated, and very well packaged for transit and delivery. We were actually looking for a phone in ‘Pristine’ condition but needn’t have bothered. We’re picky, but we just couldn’t find any marks of any significance even up close. The only hiccup occurred after transferring data from an old iPhone 8 to the ‘new’ iPhone 13 mini. The transfer wouldn’t complete as the ‘new’ phone said that its screen wasn’t recognised because it had detected than non Apple replacement parts had been used. I’ve never seen this before on any iPhone, but after restarting the transfer process it completed successfully second time round. Weird. After this experience with Back Market we’d buy from them again in a shot!

    Had my doubts, some places advertise refurbished items as being in "excellent" condition and when you get them they are anything but. Back Market have been amazing from start to finish, easy ordering and quick delivery even over the Christmas period. The iPhone I ordered for my wife came well packaged with a charging lead and even a screen protector and the phone itself is in amazing condition. It literally looks like brand new, not one scratch or a dent. It didn’t come with an original Apple box but in a generic Brown one with orginal cable and orginal screen protection also with orginal case has magnetic, and the iPhone was wrapped in a soft sort of air cushion. Battery life is 87% so still pretty good. If you’re not fussed about getting the absolute latest gear, this is a great way to buy a smartphone which is still top notch quality. Purchased from “ Sandox Ltd”, highly recommended. i have never met before like this company how it nice absolotely in back market this company is number one i’m sure really.

    Really happy with my phone. The screen has been replaced with a compatible third-party display and the camera was transferred from another iPhone, but the condition is still excellent — not a single scratch on it. The battery easily lasts all day too. If you inspect it very, very closely you can spot a tiny mark from a knock, but it doesn’t affect me in the slightest. Considering it’s in 1G condition and looks nearly brand new, it’s an amazing deal for the price. They also gave me the highest value I was offered for my traded-in iPhone 13 Pro, so overall I’m extremely pleased with the experience.
