    The phone was in really good condition, screen and back was flawless. Really responsive screen display, basically everything you need in a phone, practically no difference although refurbished. But the screen protector that comes with the phone is terrible, it affects the detection of your fingers onto your screen so it wont be that accurate or responsive.

    Really nice phone in exceptional condition, much better than anticipated, and very well packaged for transit and delivery. We were actually looking for a phone in ‘Pristine’ condition but needn’t have bothered. We’re picky, but we just couldn’t find any marks of any significance even up close. The only hiccup occurred after transferring data from an old iPhone 8 to the ‘new’ iPhone 13 mini. The transfer wouldn’t complete as the ‘new’ phone said that its screen wasn’t recognised because it had detected than non Apple replacement parts had been used. I’ve never seen this before on any iPhone, but after restarting the transfer process it completed successfully second time round. Weird. After this experience with Back Market we’d buy from them again in a shot!

    Had my doubts, some places advertise refurbished items as being in "excellent" condition and when you get them they are anything but. Back Market have been amazing from start to finish, easy ordering and quick delivery even over the Christmas period. The iPhone I ordered for my wife came well packaged with a charging lead and even a screen protector and the phone itself is in amazing condition. No marks or scuffs on the body or screen and it works perfectly, you would think it was brand new. Great price as well. Thank you Back Market A++

    My iPhone 7+ was getting past it, so an updated replacement needed ! Recommended an iPhone 12 mini as it was within my money range. Arrived extremely fast. Phone looks like new, crisp graphics & easier to fit into pockets. For all it’s many good points I believe I should have gone for the iPhone 12 - bigger yes, but my 77 year old eyes are finding the smaller screen a tad less easy. Anyway it was my decision, so I have live with it. Great service Backmarket & best prices together with lovely condition phones.

    I bought two iPhone 13s for my wife and myself and we’re really pleased with them. My phone was in great condition but wouldn’t turn on initially due to the battery being completely flat, however I left it on charge for a couple of hours connected to an iPad charger and it came on after an hour and then charged up fine. My wife’s phone switched on immediately, the battery being partly charged. Transferring the data from our old iPhone 6Ss (!) was straightforward and we had no issues. Very pleased with our purchases and would be happy to use Back Market again.

    I am happy with my iPhone 14 Pro Max however I have noticed a minor issue. I know the display is not an AppleOriginal and sometimes the touchscreen in some areas freezes, only for a couple of seconds and I will be keeping an eye on this. Also, although it’s stated on the site that this phone is compatible with a physical sim, mine didn’t work and I had to get an E-sim, which is working perfectly.

    100% recommended! SANDOX LTD Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 09 october 2024 The delivery was quick and you could not say that this was a refurbished phone. It literally looks like brand new, not one scratch or a dent. It didn’t come with an original Apple box but in a generic Brown one with orginal cable and orginal screen protection also with orginal case has magnetic, and the iPhone was wrapped in a soft sort of air cushion. Battery life is 87% so still pretty good. If you’re not fussed about getting the absolute latest gear, this is a great way to buy a smartphone which is still top notch quality. Purchased from “ Sandox Ltd”, highly recommended. i have never met before like this company how it nice absolotely in back market this company is number one i’m sure really.

    So far so good with the device. It was delivered within three days despite the Christmas period. The condition of the phone was A1, no sign of any damage. It was noted that the screen was replaced as system didn't recognise the screen. It functions without any issue. This is my third purchase from back market; all three excellent condition and they have all come as exactly as described.
