    The phone is brilliant, when I went for 'fair' I was a little weary, but apart from some minor scratches to the body, which you don't see when it's in a case, I'd say it's in almost perfect quality. It was delivered early so I was happily surprised, I really have nothing negative to say

    I needed to upgrade my phone because of lack of memory and poor camera. As there were no 'good' condition S31's available I decided to try one in 'fair' condition as I keep it in a case anyway. I'm glad I did as it works perfectly. The scratches on the body of the phone are irrelevant and I'm very happy with it.

    the quality of this phone is absolutely amazing. it came as a surprise because I bought 2 of the same phone from 2 different merchants as this was the much cheaper one of the two was expecting this to have more cosmetic damage but it looks brand new and the more expensive one has quite extensive cosmetic damage. thank you Rndtech Ltd

    So good. I got the excellent condition because it’s definitely worth it. Came in just a plain cardboard box not an apple box but it was packed well. Inside was the charging cable without the head and a pin for the SIM card tray. It came 2 days before the expected delivery which was perfect and it has no cracks, scratches or dents apart from one small scuff mark on the top which is easily hidden by a case and I didn’t notice it anyway. The battery health is 86 which is not too bad and I love it. Recently switched from Samsung and I would say the Samsung battery is a bit better but the overall look of the phone is a bit better but with it to try both. The setup was also very simple and quick and there was no problems with anything. Camera is amazing.

    The battery indicator permanently shows 100%. Sometimes goes down to maybe 97%, so I never know what charge is actually in the battery. The battery itself lasts approximately 36 hours so performs well but I never know when it will run out. The software is up to date. I found the return policy difficult to follow, and I cannot be without a phone whilst it is returned so I've ended up having to live with the issue.
