    I ordered an iPhone 11 in “excellent” condition and would agree that it was, it looked like brand new. Delivery was very speedy and communication was quirky! The only small imperfection was that the wrong charging lead was sent with the phone. When I let them know about this, I was offered either the correct lead in replacement or £10 off my original payment for a new charger which was a very satisfactory solution. Thanks chaps!
