    Battery Failure, had to pay £130 for a new one. It’s still under warranty but I’m very busy and no longer in the United Kingdom for work. Meaning I had to pay for the repair myself with another company - very disappointing.

    Paid for the "excellent" condition one, and when it arrived has two very obvious scuff marks, one on the top of the casing and one on bottom which was quite disappointing. I honestly thought about immediately returning it, but I can't be bothered with the faff of sending it back and waiting for a replacement - all the while being without a watch - but will make me think twice about trusting BackMarket again. It hadn't been "reconditioned" in anyway; simply factory reset, but in doing so the eSim for the former owner hadn't been removed. I'm enjoying the watch but I don't think I'll use BackMarket again for second hand tech. Next time I think I'll use a local second hand shop and inspect the device prior to purchase. Hasn't been the smooth experience I had hoped for.

    Arrived on time and in the condition I was expecting. Only now just realised that the screen/display and battery have been replaced with “non” apple products it seems? And the battery seems to have a shorter life than I thought it should have? (2.1/2. - 3 days max and that’s not with much use?) also only charges to 95% according to the info. Overall okay and maybe expecting too much??
