    arrived within 3 days of ordering! packaging was lovely and nothing was damaged, laptop came with a charger which is great. I got the standard battery as I don't use the laptop for work just for leisure but the battery life is perfect and lasts up to days. pristine condition and feels like a brand new laptop.     This was my first time buying a refurb and I am so proud of myself! Ignore capitalism: you do not need the newest iteration of every item ever. Do your bank and the world a favour and get a refurb. I got a “good” condition and there are two tiny scratches at the closing lip but apart from that, it’s flawless.

    Received it in perfecttt condition although id ordered it in fair. Not one dent on the outside with the tiniest scratch on the screen. Battery health at 96 percent too! Honestly a lot better than expected. However i have seen lots of people say that after a few weeks something went wrong so i guess we will have to see, but so far so good!
