    I was a little sceptical about getting the mac book air which had already been used. However, I must say the condition is brilliant and it looks new. I was recommended to look at Back Market and I’m glad I did. I was not disappointed at all.

    I ordered a MacBook Pro from Back Market and received it with a screen issue straight out of the box. The display had an intermittent vertical line and even showed Apple’s Repair Assistant, meaning it had already been repaired before delivery. The customer service team was polite and responsive, but the overall process has been slow and inconvenient. I had to return the laptop right after receiving it, and despite clear communication, there have been delays and uncertainty about when I’ll actually get a working replacement or refund. The idea of refurbished tech is great, but quality control and faster resolution need real improvement.

    Item arrived in very good time, I know I paid for the excellent condition version but I’m still struggling to find even a single mark on it.     Not very good… there was a mark surrounding the Apple logo on the back of the laptop which is disappointing to say the least… the previous owner had put a stick over the logo, but this refurbishment company sent the laptop to a customer despite this… seriously unimpressive and won’t be buying from them again
