    I ordered a MacBook from this refurbisher and after two weeks of no communication and awful customer service from back market, my MacBook still hadn’t arrived. It was marked as shipped and delivered on Back Market but when I contacted DHL, they confirmed the item had never been scanned into their network. I ended up having to find Renew Laptops on Facebook and message them directly about my missing MacBook. I received an answer saying they’ll prioritise the order (only after mentioning I would claim it through my credit card). I then got an email from back market saying a refund will be processed with no explanation as to why my order was never sent out in the first place. Then, the refund was £18 less than what I originally paid! No part of this process went smoothly and I strongly believe that if I didn’t track the seller down on Facebook I would’ve been scammed.

    Received a "Fair Condition" machine ever after specifically purchasing the "Excellent Condition" machine. Waiting for the reply from the Backmarket support team and lets see how it goes. But first impression is disappointing, as I have been charged for "£7.99" as Service Fee and I have expecting that this might be charged to me to make sure I receive the correct condition machine, but still I receive a "FAIR Condition" machine where I can easily see scratch and dent at the back cover of laptop easily from 6 feet distance in normal day light. So, waiting for the reply... Next update will come soon.
