    The seller was excellent but Backmarket has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It’s like talking to an AI bot. They don’t understand the basic principle of sending a receipt for a purchase. Over 4 days of chat, I still don’t have a receipt for the backmarket charges.

    I didn't really expect it to be in such a good condition, co sidering I bought it in fair condition. It arrived nicely packaged. The outside o ky has couple of minor dents and screen has a tiny scratch on the corner, where there's no display even, that are so insignificant it looks like new. Battery was still with 93%. Really happy with the purchase.
