    Great Purchase – Very Happy With My Laptop! I’ve been using my laptop for a couple of weeks now, and I wanted to give it a proper test before leaving a review. I’m really impressed with the quality of the device I received from Back Market. The laptop looks fantastic overall — the only sign of previous use is a small scratch on the top near the Dell logo, which doesn’t affect anything. Performance has been excellent so far. The battery life is especially impressive and lasts much longer than I expected, making it perfect for everyday use. Everything runs smoothly, and the device feels reliable and well‑refurbished.     Laptop is in great condition. It works very well. I have not tested battery for how long it will last for but it goes down pretty slow, so looks really good. Delivery was very fast. I would definitely recommend and use in the future.

    Browsing and ordering was so easy. Once I had chosen my laptop placing the order was really straightforward. I placed the order after Christmas and was given a delivery date of 5th Jan.     It's only a couple of weeks since it arrived, but so far I am delighted with my purchase. The whole process was really easy - just state your needs and your options and prices will come up! My laptop arrived the next day, much sooner than promised, and was in essentially perfect condition, despite the condition description having been "fair". It is exactly what I needed at about half of the price of a new laptop of similar spec. Have already recommended BackMarket to my friends.

    I am very pleased with my 'new' laptop from BackMarket. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to find the right laptop for my needs when faced with an upgrade to run Windows 11.     My old laptop had a malfunctioning keyboard; consequently, I purchased an HP EliteBook x360 1040 in excellent condition. It is impressive; however, the charger intermittently disconnects, although it remains functional. The laptop itself is largely in good condition, but the charger has some minor damage.
