    Delivery was speedy and well-packaged. The iPhone 13 is great - exactly what we were looking for (at a great price too!). Battery health 88% 👌 Good condition as described: 1 mark on casing (can’t see once cover is on), couple of fairly insignificant marks on screen. Did need to give it a bit of a clean on arrival. Overall happy with service.

Chose the model I wanted to upgrade to, then it was just a case of deciding on the memory and condition of the phone. I chose ‘Fair’ Condition because the difference in price between fair and immaculate was £200. My phone arrived quickly and in the time scale advised. The condition was much better than I had been expecting. Altogether I was delighted with my choice, the service, the price and delivery. A no brainer decision - win, win, win! As described in good condition with no marks to the screen, however I keep getting an alert in settings saying it may have a non apple battery. This isn’t an issue, just wish the red 1 would go off the settings app. Overall a good purchase and would use this company again and recommend them.

    A change to Apple so not yet competent but otherwise as described or better. A little disappointed that at just over 80% battery condition I dont believe this phone would deliver anything like a full day of use as even on mostly standby it only just makes it through the day. Is this model heavy on its battery in which case is 80% a break point? I should maybe have bought a new battery?
