    Very happy about the iPhone 13 Pro in good condition, only issue is a few noticeable scratches on the back of the phone. Otherwise maybe the 83% battery life kinda sucks but it still has original parts so I don’t mind at all.

    I would say that I’m extremely happy with the iPhone I received from Back Market. I selected the “good” condition and honestly apart from a bit of dust in the top speaker, there were no signs of scratches or wear in my opinion. The phone I received had a battery capacity of 85% so a little lower than hoped but regardless it’s better than my previous iphone 11. Buying refurbished tech is far better for the planet and I would recommend Back Market as a place to buy :)

    Buying a refurbished phone on BackMarket was easy & I have done it a number of times now, much better than the expense of new. The lengthy bit was getting payment for a Trade-In phone, a lengthy process, be better to take less payment with the phone purchase with the full amount authorised if U find the trade-in quality is poor, then take the remainder. Quicker I would think. But I would definably buy another refurbished iPhone from BackMarket again. But not sure the Trade-In was worth the hassle giving driver licence & inside leg measurement taking weeks of messages for £15 ! But our Refurbished iPhone 11 Pro is Great, Thanks.

    I bought this phone after i broke my old phone. And it's safe to say i made the right decision buying refurbished. At first i was scared seeing many horror stories from buying refurbished phones. But now after buying it, i wont have any second thoughts buying from this Company. I bought it in good quality. It came in a nice box with a charging cable. The screen is flawless and the back looks brand new. The camera had some white bits wich i could easily take off. And the battery percentage was 88%.

    Absolutely outstanding service ordered on 21/12 and delivered on Christmas Eve much to the delight of our daughter who didn’t have a clue at what she was getting Phone in pristine condition and just happened to be the colour of her choice just goes to show that we do listen to her - sometimes Thank you for helping make this little dream come true We did have one minor issue with the charging port where the charger wouldn’t stay in to charge the phone. This was easily sorted by a quick visit to our local Apple Store where they cleared a large amount of fluff out of the charging port, like I said just a minor issue that was easily resolved Other than that we have an extremely happy teenage daughter who simply loves her new phone
