Transfer from my old phone ( also an iPhone 11) went smoothly although still finding apps and functions I need to finish setting up but that’s an apple thing not down to back market. Note to self remember to record pins and passwords somewhere temporarily if you’ve been using face or fingerprint ID 🤦🏻

    I am pleased with the iPhone 11, good communication throughout and good delivery. However, the screen freezes every now and again and I have to turn it off and on again for it to work. I believe it is not an iPhone screen because the settings tell me this, so disappointed over this.

    I've not used back market before but my 7 year old Huawei p20 was on its way out and I needed a new phone. I didn't want to take out yet another contract so decided to have a look here. Most of the reviews seemed pretty good so decided to have a punt and I'm not disappointed. Phone was in good condition with a flawless screen and tbh it looks new. Came in a box as well which was nice and I haven't had any problems with it. Delivery was quick too and I could track it a long the way. Also got some money back with trading in my old phone.
