    It was easy to find a used iPhone to replace my ageing iPhone 6S. The iPhone 11 Pro in “good” condition with a new battery seemed good value. It arrived well within the delivery estimate, was well packaged. The screen looked perfect and there was perhaps one small scratch on the back. It was just over 50% charged which wasn’t a problem but I did wonder why it didn’t have a full charge. All the features that I have used seem to work well. I am very pleased with my purchase.

    Really, really, really pleased with the iPhone 13 Pro that I received. It's my first iPhone - though I have already had a MacBook Pro and an iPad Pro for ages - and so obviously a little nervous about changing from Android to iOS. As I can't afford a new iPhone, refurbished was the next best option. Even during the Black Friday weekend, there was choice and some good prices. Having read quite a few negative reviews about what other people had received/experienced with Back Market: condition of phone, not so great customer service, and knowing of a possible problem with theft from the nearby dpd depot(!!), I had a few worries. There was no problem with delivery and I was informed about delivery dates and times. The phone I received seems to me to be in impeccable condition - I did choose one in "good" condition. Frankly, I can't find a scratch anywhere and knowing that it is refurbished (thus secondhand) I was prepared for wear and tear, but there is nothing. The battery is at 86% and I wish it were more BUT I am not worried about that. The specs of an iPhone 13 Pro are great, and as I can still use my android phone, I'm not going to over-use the iPhone, and will probably have the battery replaced when needed. I haven't needed to contact customer services which is a plus because I have not had any problems and so I am a very happy customer!! Thank you, Back Market!
