    Wow. I ordered this phone in good condition and it’s absolutely mint, I was expecting a few scuffs here and there but nope this is more like premium grade. I was also expecting a decent battery with 80% capacity or more but I have received it with 100% capacity. Well done back market! Give yourselves a good pat on the back.     Excellent value. Will absolutely be using back market next time one of the family needs a new handset. Couple of tiny marks on the casing, but was happy for this as they are being secured in Otter box cases so will not be seen. Fast delivery and the condition of the phone was far better than expected. We bought two handsets as we have twins, and upgraded to new batteries which were also amazing value. Whilst I don’t think the batteries are genuine apple for the price paid, the battery condition percentage still shows (unlike another battery we had fitted into a previous phone by a third party which gave error messages). Highly recommended

    I honestly have no complaints about the iPhone 13 Pro Max that I ordered a few weeks back, I ordered this phone from the (Good) category, very pleased with the purchase. There were no visible scratches or marks on the iPhone, once I reviewed it, I’ve had no problems at all. So as a new customer to back market, all I can say is, personal I’ve had a pleasant experience using this website, I would recommend it to others, as I intend to purchase two more iPhones for my children, later on in the year.
