    I bought a S23+ 512GB Ram, Fair status. Have few small scratches on one side, but with a cover I can't see it. About software is running very good as new. I received last update from Samsung.     My phone arrived quickly and despite not paying for the highest quality refurbished phone, the battery health is 100% and i can’t see any dents/scratches on the back or sides. Trading in my old phone was easy, just waiting for it all to be confirmed and receive payment only issue was they have sent a USBC-USBC (used for newer iphones) and the 13 pro requires the original charger, but i already have one so hasn’t effected me

    First of all lemme say this is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made this year, if you know me pretty well, you’ll know that I’m always straight up bout what’s wrong and what’s right, so that the line I normally sees ad bout back market but I don’t I’m really skeptical bout buying accessories or phone that’s refurbished or should I say second hand but in the other hands how am I gonna know if back market is truly legit or not if I don’t go through it, like purchase something and also to clear my mind so I decided to purchase IPHONE 13 Pro Sierra Blue 256GB (Fair Grade) I ordered the iPhone on Tuesday 12 December and also 3 months installment plan and I received the iPhone on Friday 15 December, it shoulda been 14 Thursday December but the DPD DELIVERY DRIVER MISSED ME, like I was upstairs playing 2K’s with my buddies and earlier noon on Wednesday 13 December the DPD package delivery company sent me a message telling me that my order package from Phone Direct UK will be deliver to me tomorrow 14 Thursday December - Friday 15 December and that I also I’ve 1hour slot in delivery so they’ll come 12:47-13-47 or tomorrow’s if I missed outta on them and my delivery guy the driver name is Kevin and I’ve a brother that’s name Kevin what a pure fantastic process, so on Thursday which is 14 December I was playing 2k’s FIFA EFC 24 with my buddies, when it’s close to 12:27 forwards I started going outside checking looking outta windows countless of times telling my buddies to lower the volume of the sets cos we didn’t go to school, we were on break y’all knows that festive holiday shii, so it’s close to 12: 46 I’m still looking outside windows everywhere then around 12:48 guess what guys I received a message from DPD delivery company telling me that they are sorry they missed me what a caption proof of our front house purge pic that they came and Kevin the delivery driver guy will not return again that day on Thursday but will come on Friday that’s tomorrow with my parcel package, around 10:32 - 11:32 and it’s the same driver Kevin that’s gonna come with my parcel package again, Damn it hits me I was fuming cos I had plans on Friday that’s why I stayed put on Thursday well I said Thursday and Friday, tomorrow I was like since they said they gonna come early this time Lemme stay put and wait for the driver cos I don’t want this to head to Monday so I stayed and wait for Kevin the delivery driver guy he showed up around 10:38 with my phone direct uk parcel, first of all I was stunned with joy the phone was in an astonishing way like brand new Guys the only thing that has comma on the was battery health mine was in 86% that’s all everything else all good and I’m not that happy bout it but it’s fine is aight, so whoever that’s reading this comment, and afraid skeptical worried bout whether to purchase or know just know I understand I’ve been there before I was like you but hear me out now I did all that and it turned out to be a great experience for me, the only thing ima tell you to do first before purchasing anything the back market is just read the reviews on the seller you bout to purchase accessory or accessories or what ever kind of phone IPhone, SamSung from first before committing because it helps alotta ok and P.s Guys I’m using the IPhone 13 Pro Max to comment on this reviews.

    I opted for the "excellent" rated iPhone 13 pro thinking I'd be getting something close to a like new recycled iPhone. I was a little disappointed that the phone had a few bits of dirt and grime around the lens and speaker. Nothing I could not clean off myself. And in fairness other than this the iPhone is is in excellent condition. When I managed to update to my previous settings (which was an ordeal but largely due to Apple and iOS 17.1 and no fault of backmarket nor with the iPhone) I learnt the battery health is only 87% which again was a little disappointing although within the boundaries backmarket sets. So overall the iPhone is perfectly as described and is a substantial upgrade on my old one at a fraction of the new price. I have no real complaints and will no doubt by refurbished again in the future. The communication from backmarket has been perfect too. If you are on the fence as to whether to buy refurbished or not I'd say go for it based on my experience.

    Your courier DPD was slow and the package was delayed in Southampton. Apart from that the phone was hardly discernabale from brand new.     Screen, back and sides are all in very good condition with minor scratches and one or two scuffs; However, the screen isn’t apple certified and so it glitches sometimes when I try to tap it or when I’m using the keyboard sometimes it won’t register that I’m clicking on a letter and so I have to press harder. The camera also has some issues, when I zoom in to 3x, there are 3 faint grey dots that look like the camera lens that are on the screen and in every picture that I cannot get rid of and after research it seems to be that it’s from dust in the actual camera lens which is unfortunate. Other than that, I haven’t had any issues the battery is good and it works smoothly and overall I am pleased.
