    “ALERT, BE CAREFUL” “VERY BAD EXPERIENCE” They say “Every device sold on Back Market is required to have a battery with at least 85% of its original capacity.” It’s my first time thatI ordered an iPhone 8 Plus and paid extra for the condition to be excellent (the battery maximum capacity should be at least 90%+). However, the phone sent to me is at Maximum Battery Capacity/life at 74 with a clear message at the top “Important Battery Message Your battery's health is significantly degraded. An Apple Authorised Service Provider can replace the battery to restore full performance and capacity.”

    I’d had my iPhone 8, ordered online from Back Market, for three weeks when I found I could access the ‘selfie camera’ but not frontal camera. I took it to Phone Doctor in Waterlooville, Hampshire who said they could install frontal camera but found the phone battery was extremely low, and in need of replacement, as well. It was recommended by Phone Dr to return the phone to Back Market. I decided against this because I needed my phone, especially at this time, and I didn’t see how I could trust Back Market with the repairs after selling me a faulty iPhone for which I had paid extra for being in the ‘Like New’ category. It was extra expense but worth avoiding unreliability of Back Market.

    Very disappointing that I cannot speak to someone regarding 2 x missing phones. I placed an order for 3 phones and 3 cases. They have all the money but only sent 1 phone and 3 cases and when I emailed asking about this they just said that the second delivery was done the following day….. yes the first delivery was 1 phone not 3 I ordered. The second delivery was 3 cases I ordered so I am without 2 phones. Not sure where I can go with this as no phone number to speak with anyone very frustrating especially after paying out that much money
