    Quick sale and delivery but the quality and care for the devise wasn't as expected. Requested phone in excellent conditions, but it had all the silver edge around the phone scratched, very thin as the (Excellent) description says, but there is so much of it that it is visible from half meter away. What is more disappointing, is that the is lots of dirt around the rear camera lense. It is obvious that other than sticking a plastic in the front, the mobile has not been processed. Not enough to send it back, but enough to feel let down. I can't imagine how a "hood" condition mobile looks like.

    Order No:33434230 My experience with Back Market was like the curate’s egg – good in parts. The web experience and ordering were simple enough except for my confusion regarding who I bought the phone from. I still don’t know whether it came from Back Market or onemoremobile and what the relationship between the two is. The phone arrived very promptly and looked in excellent condition and blemish free. The problem arose when I checked the battery health. Its maximum capacity was 80% and phones graded “Excellent”, which this one was, are guaranteed to have at least 85% charging capacity. There was also a message regarding unexpected shutdowns indicating that the battery was is very close to requiring replacement, so I have returned the phone. There were times during the process when I needed to communicate with the seller but I could find no way to get a message to them outside of the very rigid dialogue offered on the website. For example I wanted to tell the seller that I had left my SIM in the returned phone but I could find no way to do that. At one point, when I was getting directed back and forth between the Back Market and onemobile websites, I began to doubt whether I would get the promised refund.
