    The main issue was straightforward yet frustrating: WeBuy Tek sent me the wrong model of phone entirely. This wasn't a case of minor specification differences or cosmetic variations – it was simply the incorrect device altogether. Given that I had specifically paid extra for BackMarket's quality assurance checks, I naturally expected a higher standard of accuracy and care in fulfilling my order. The ramifications of this error were significant. Returning the incorrect device consumed a considerable amount of my time, involving multiple communications with customer service, repackaging the phone, arranging collection, and then waiting for the return to be processed. Beyond the time investment, there was substantial inconvenience – I had purchased the phone for immediate use and found myself without the device I needed whilst navigating the returns process.

    The Device does not function well, some buttons do not function at all (the L1 and L2 button specifically), also the device pad keeps sliding away at the slightest touch which is not supposed to be so. Overall the device is NOT satisfactory.
