    As a lot of other reviews say, I was also a little sceptical of using a refurbished phone site having always bought my phones new. However I thought I take a chance and I am super impressed. I wanted an older and cheaper iPhone and the XS fitted the bill. And for the price of £140 it was a bargain. It hasn’t got a mark on it at all. And also, the battery, which I was prepared to perhaps replace, had a 97% health which was amazing. It came within two days as well. A nice little touch was it came with charging lead, screen protector and basic case at no extra cost that they didn’t even mention! I’ve only just recently bought a new iPhone 16 but I really wished I’d saved the money and got a refurbished one theough here and saved myself a bunch! Fantastic service all round. I’ll definitely be using again.

    The phone itself is performing better now that iOS 26 has been loaded. The iPhone 13 Pro I received from Backmarket is on excellent condition. No marks or even tiny scratches. I didn’t order a case/screen protector or a charging lead but they came in the box. It has 94% battery strength.     The iphone12 was perfect. Just like new, no marks ask all, but I regretfully needed to return it as I had ordered the wrong phone, I should have sent for the iPhone . Am about to order the iPhone 13 from Backmarket today. I have previously bought an iMac pro laptop and it has never had any bother.
