    So far so good. It was in excellent condition (chose good condition). The battery is at 86% health and the cycles are very low so that's good, not an issue for me at all. The screen and body are perfect. It came with the higher watt fast charger so that's a nice surprise, not a genuine apple charger but again it was brand new and works perfectly. This has saved me a lot of money and will last me for many years. Such an upgrade from my now dead 2015 MacBook pro.

    everything from the order to delivery went brilliantly. The only thing I would think to improve this is the "unboxing experience" I am not saying it has to be up there with the original Apple experience, but when you are spending that much on an device, maybe have a think about that first time experience when it arrives, this isn't about lots of wasted packaging but just think about improving things and not just having plugs in plastic bags or the device in a simple plastic sleeve, I think it would leave a much better memory for the buyer and want them to come back

    The S23 I received seemed to be in good order, but on closer inspection was regionally restricted to Korea, meaning I couldn't update the phone.
