I don’t think the website is that, but some of the items I brought before I’ve been okay. I did have a problem with a delivery once and they said that they’ll have to contact their supplier because obviously they aren’t the supplier they use third parties but it said it come in excellent condition but there’s quite a lot of bumps and scrapes and the battery life on it isn’t as best so I don’t think it’s excellent at all. It came as directed. It came on the time they said but like I say yeah, I don’t think it’s an excellent condition, but that’s just my personal review but I use it again yeah but I’d avoid buying a laptop myself personally. I think it’s good that you got a year warranty with it. I’ve not tried to use it at all but there’s no point in me complaining saying that it’s not an excellent condition. I think they’ll do much the dust. Refer it back to the third party but yeah, if you’re looking for a phone or other bits I’d say yeah use them both for laptops just have a look at the condition or maybe try and get a picture of the actual condition of the laptop before you buy it.

The device works perfectly, the firmware was out of date but this is expected to be honest, and the cable between the laptop and the dock, was not what I would consider excellent but it does work perfectly. The dock also had more scratches and dents than I would expect but again, functioned perfectly, and it’s not a device you have on show.

Device arrived genuinely awful, multiple visible scratch marks on the top, a dysfunctional mousepad that didn’t register anything nor show a cursor on screen and no individual setup or customisation screen when I switched the laptop on. Added to which ordered the laptop in ‘excellent condition’, yet it appeared in a box too large with no protective casing inside (no wonder its damaged).

Very disappointed as the Laptop did not even turn on, considering I was charged addition £4.00ish for quality check. I requested the refund as I could not trust their quality check. The laptop was picked up and instead of refund they repaired and have dispatched the laptop back to me. I have decided to buy from somewhere else as I cannot trust their quality and even after requesting the refund they just ignored and repaired the laptop and shipped. Its will be sent back as soon as it arrives. I hope
