    Swapped in my BackMarket iPhone 13 for an iPhone 15plus, I am lovin the 15plus. The phone was exactly as described by the seller,and it took no time at all to arrive. Slightly larger and heavier that my old 13, it the screen really pops out and makes life a lot easier when I’ve forgot my glasses. Audio seems improved, and the move to use C is a plus too..very very happy with this phone from looks to performance. BackMarket came through for me again, as they keep on doing, everything I’ve bought on here has been spot on, prices are always good, and the kit, well, I’m always impressed. Saving money and happy as, it’s a win win for me.

    I recently purchased an iPhone 11 (64GB) in Excellent condition, and overall I’m very happy with the purchase. The phone arrived in great condition and works perfectly. Performance is smooth, everything functions as expected, and the battery health was at 100%, which was a really nice surprise for a refurbished device. Cosmetically, the phone looked very good and I didn’t notice any obvious scratches on the screen or body. The only small issue I experienced was when applying a screen protector — one side kept forming a bubble that wouldn’t go away, which might indicate a very small imperfection in the glass. Aside from that minor detail, everything else about the phone has been excellent and the price was very good for what I received. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase and would consider buying from Back Market again.

    I ordered iPhone 15 pro max in premium condition. I opted to trade in my iPhone 15 plus which had a smashed screen but otherwise was in good condition. I was a little worried they might offer me less when my trade in arrived with them as the screen was smashed (although functional), even though I told them it was, but they honoured the quoted amount and transferred me the money really quickly once they received my old phone. As for the new iPhone 15 pro max, it was flawless as expected given I opted for premium. The battery life was at 92% which wasn’t as high as I’d hoped but definitely still acceptable! It would be nice to know in advance what the battery life is at but there’s no way of knowing this pre-order. Can’t fault my experience with Back Market at all, such a great, smooth and reliable service. My partner as also recently got a new phone and Mac through Back Market and our his experiences have been brilliant too. Highly recommend this company! I decided to do this after my previous phone contract ended and I was sick of the monthly cost of getting a new iPhone going up and up every time I needed a new phone. I saved so much money and this phone is like new. Also better for the planet. Win win
