    Zapped the enjoyment out of getting a new phone. Ordered a green phone, excellent grade. It arrived all scuffed and bits of the colour chipped off on the body. Returned for a repair/exchange no correspondence off the seller only back market themselves,who were super helpful sorting everything. Sent the same make/ model phone as a replacement which is in excellent condition but in the colour black which isn't terrible but when you have your mind set on a specific colour it's a bit disappointing. I could send it back or request a refund but it would mean more faffing having to return the phone and hope the same didn't happen with the next seller I purchased from. However I'm sure once I've got it set up and in a case I won't even be bothered by the colour change as the phone itself seems to be in good working order. I would also like to add I've ordered a few times from backmarket and never had any problems with the phones so can only put it down to mix up with the advertising on the sellers side.

    The phone came damaged, dirty and definitely not in the condition purchased. The refund process was made unnecessarily complicated and long, had to threaten with a credit card dispute in order to expedite and get a refund. Not the fault today backmarket, but the supplier.
