This was the first time me using this website and I must admit, I was worried about receiving this order. However, it got to me in great condition. Packaged really nicely. Considering the condition of the phone is ‘fair’ and refurbished, you can’t even tell. Works absolutely perfectly and good as new. I’m really chuffed with this phone. The outside of the package said "Good" which I took to mean the condition of the case. I was wrong. It was immaculate! I bought this for my partially sighted husband who has had goodness knows how many problems with things meant for those with physical & sight problems. This is fab. All he wants is there and no scrolling through to get xyz, he just needs to press on the screen or use siri. I've now bought him a casing & screen to military standards - it needs to be; one of his last ones, drowned in hot cocoa. Full marks on speed of deleivery

Great service came within a couple days phone in great condition for a Fair condition one ,only draw back doesn’t hold a battery charge will need Charing by afternoon apart from that I’m happy with it great little phone

I bought my son an iphone on here at Christmas and have just bought my daughter one. Both experineces have been fine I got what I was looking for at a good price as well as they are children I did not want to spend a fortune on a brand new phone but they both wanted iphones so this was a great option!
