    Great experience. Ordered at 13:00 yesterday and order arrived at 10am this morning, brilliant service and kept well informed from purchase through to delivery. Ordered an iPhone 11 Pro, midnight green in fair condition. The phone does have scratches on the screen which i expected. Battery health 83% which is slightly below the 85% guarantee but it’s not a problem to me. Would rather have an original Apple battery than an aftermarket one, will likely get this replaced at some point through Apple but for the £255 I paid for the handset I will still be well in front when paying for a new one. Overall really impressed with BackMarket and will definitely use them again when it’s time to change phones. I’ve used other refurbished phone companies before but none come close to the service I received.

    I bought iPhone 13 Pro Max sierra blue 256 in excellent condition with 98% battery health and I couldn’t be happier really. It got delivered in two days and it came in perfect condition, literally brand new with and original iPhone cable. I read the reviews from back market for sometime because I wasn’t 100% sure if everything will be okay as it’s refurbished but I’m so so happy I made the decision to get it from here.     Perfect Thanks iPhone 14 pro and Ultra watch were immaculate and the watch looked unused in its Apple box! The Ocean black strap as illustrated on the site was not in the delivery, but the unused Alpine Trail strap will still be unused as I protected it immediately in a Spiegan Ultra case to totally protect its lovelyness, so not an issue and very happy with the speedy delivery and arrival 20mins apart 2 days after order. Thanks and have been recommending to many of my friends and colleagues and keep up the eco recycling.
