    I got the s21 ultra in excellent condition, and it came that way. Had no problems with the phone and it works as it would new got a charger lead with it as well. The packaging was nice although would of appreciated the oem box. Very nice tho and will definitely use backmarket again for any of my electronics

    Really good the packaging could have been better and the charger that they provided me did not work, other than that the iPad works just fine does everything I was skeptical first but I had no issues with it yet, the battery goes down quickly but not too quick but it’s fine as I use it for school work, other than that I really recommend it as it was cheap and I ordered in excellent condition. My next purchase in this app will probably be a phone hopefully it will not disappointment.

    Replacement for the one I lost. Only issue is, this replacement comes from America and has american options which I haven't worked out how to change. Cannot load address onto Samsung wallet as postcode section only accepts numbers so can't use it. Emails say sent from my us cellular smartphone and language can only be English international. Other than that, all working really well and would buy from here again.

    The phone is great and was in excellent condition as advertised. The only slight disappointment is the phone is only supplied with a C-C charging cable, which doesn't come with a plug. This meant i then had to spend another £15.00 to get a charging cable with a plug to charge at home. A plug and cable would be a better selling point.
