    I purchased an iPad at around £300 and the display got dead apparently due to the connection issue after a week. Then the seller told me that the warranty cannot be applied and some damage must have caused this. However, I put a protection case with it and I never dropped it nor bumped it to something. Also they told us that they returned this to me but they didn’t until I followed them up.

    Backmarket themselves have been responsiveness with my concerns but ultimately the vendor sent me the wrong model - with no SD card slots- which was the reason I ordered this model in the first place - I didn't realise right away and have already spent a long time transferring all my data so reluctant too return but vendor will offer me only £10 compensation for sending the wrong phone. Awful vendor.
