    'Good' condition seems to mean excellent in terms of physical condition. Battery charges to 100% and everything functions perfectly. Great phone. The phone refurbisher shipped bang on time only for it to be delayed by 3 days by DPD so out of their control.

    The quality of the phone is unbelievable it's like brand new and it looks good, there is one thing that let's it down a bit is the face recognition does not work, I took it to a iPhone shop and they said there will be a new part in the phone that isn't a genuine iphone part . I'm not bothered about that I love the phone and everything else works great , I just thought I would mention it.

    More than happy with the product, minus the battery “Unknown part” message in Settings and the fact it cannot install Apple updates. DPD delivery caused some issues with the 48 hour delivery, which turned into almost a week of waiting and tracking my package. Would love to find out more about the battery message, but overall I love the device

    Truly AMAZIN' ! second iphone i've had from you guys. (sold the first, as got a job with 'phone, changed jobs, needed another iphone)Backmarket, first stop. HONESTLY !
