    My order arrived promptly. Set it up and already to go. Was mainly for phone and photos. Unfortunately it had a camera notification, for non Apple part. The focusing is the problem, especially compared to my Iphone13, also via Backmarket. Went through all the advice on app, but no change. Very disappointed. Wanted to get refund label , but whenever tried to get into account, I seem to go in circles. Changed my password via link, email correct, so what’s problem. Me or you? Tried on both en-gb, and .com. Also on app. So frustrated. Just want a return label, for repair hopefully. trevor.woodham@sky.com

    Great condition, as described. Wish there were more prestine options. But for a Very Good, 1 scratch on the screen visible that is hardly noticed when a protector is on. Small scratches on camera lenses, that don't effect the images. So very good for the price!

    I bought the IPhone SE stated as ‘Fair’ condition. It arrived promptly within 2 days and the condition, as far as I was concerned was excellent!! It has a battery that is not recognised as a genuine manufacturers item as it gives a message to say so. I am in no way concerned about the source of the battery, but the message will not go away. If there is a method to remove this message I would be grateful to here it. All in all, very satisfied with the delivery and condition for the price.
