    Phone was in excellent condition when it arrived, even though I was worried about choosing the fair condition. My wife honestly thought it was a new phone. We couldn't even notice a scratch, and it's working as good as new :) Great purchase for an affordable price!

    Wow, was really not sure about buying a refurb but so far so impressed. I only got fair condition and there was only one very light scratch on the screen that can't be seen at all with the screen on, besides that it is immaculate. I had heard that the finger print scanner on the pixel 6 pro had issues, but on this phone it works a charm. Will definitely be recommending back market to friends.

    I’ve had the phone for nearly two weeks now and so far so good. It has a long scratch on the screen which I believe is within the scope of the condition specified. The phone appears to have an aftermarket battery but that was expected too. All in all the phone performs as it should and looks great. Good value for money I would say and very simple to purchase unlike some other sites. I’d definitely use again.

    I bought a 'good' condition refurbished Iphone 11 off Backmarket in January. After a week of buying this phone I had touch screen issues. The screen would randomly freeze and randomly open apps or select other keys. However at the time, this issues were very intermittent and rarely occured. I put this down to being a refurb and that might something that comes with purchasing a second hand phone. This issue got progessively worse until the phone was un-useable. Pixellation started to occur and I decided I would send my phone off to be repaired. Upon sending this back to the repair/dealer (Buyur) I was told I had dropped the phone and damaged it?? As the item was a refurb and came with some scuffs, Backmarket/Buyur used this to justify that I had dropped it. This was definitely not the case and I had also bought a case for the phone to protect it from any damage. Backmarket then returned my phone to me and I dismayed to find it was incorrectly packaged (the phone was left loose to move around in the box and the sleeve was half off!) Not only this, the phone was dirty, covered in fingerprints and had scratches all over the screen. I couldn't believe the lack of care. I took pictures of this and sent them to Backmarket who refused to acknowledge my phone was damaged in transit. One customer service agent even said the 'scratches were small'. I was also hung up on multiple times and I was refused access to their supervisor/manager. In the end, I contacted Buyur directly who eventually agreed to withold their end of the warrantly and repair the phone. Only becaused I threatened to go through the ombudsman. I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service I received from Backmarket. I will not be using this company again and I will make sure to tell anyone not to. They will sell you a dodgy phone and use any excuse not to hold their end of the warranty. I'd also advise anyone to check Buyur's reviews too as they are appalling. Many have had the same issue as me.

    Honestly I bought a Good condition iPhone 12 Pro and when I opened the box I counldnt tell the difference from new , no scratches at all I wasn’t as pleased with the battery health I know back market states it will be 85% or higher but I was expecting more when it turned up at 85% still can’t complain as the phone is refurbished and used before , also it obviously had some issues in the past as it does not have a genuine Apple screen or camera probably due to a breakage but it’s otherwise great value for the price and I couldn’t be more pleased setting aside the downfalls .I would recommend you buy of back market just don’t expect it to go all accordingly and check everything is working before the 14 return date .
