    The device works perfectly, the firmware was out of date but this is expected to be honest, and the cable between the laptop and the dock, was not what I would consider excellent but it does work perfectly. The dock also had more scratches and dents than I would expect but again, functioned perfectly, and it’s not a device you have on show.

    Very disappointed as the Laptop did not even turn on, considering I was charged addition £4.00ish for quality check. I requested the refund as I could not trust their quality check. The laptop was picked up and instead of refund they repaired and have dispatched the laptop back to me. I have decided to buy from somewhere else as I cannot trust their quality and even after requesting the refund they just ignored and repaired the laptop and shipped. Its will be sent back as soon as it arrives. I hope

    I bought this laptop and from the very first day it’s been freezing after just 10–15 minutes of use. The screen, keyboard, and mouse all stop working, and I have to do a hard restart every time. I tried every possible fix, but nothing worked. I contacted customer service last Sunday, but all I received was an automated reply — no actual response or help since then. This is not what I expected after spending my money. Totally disappointed both with the product and the service.
