    I’ve never thought about buying a refurbished phone, till I went through some reviews of a few customers, and I gave it a try I’ll never regret. The phone was in a very good condition and it literally had no scratches, apart from some on the camera but they barely can be seen closely. I found the gold one reduced, and what a purchase, and even if I want to upgrade in the future, I’ll get a refurbished one from back market of course. One thing to Strongly point out, the outer box (packaging) came with a while and it reached the phone, and I was scared that the phone was broken, as there was no protection the packaging. Hope they pay attention to this point

    I decided to buy from this seller because the reviews were really good. However since I’ve received the product it’s fair to say it’s on its last legs and not likely to see me through the next year. It came covered in food marks and crumbs which was disgusting to have to clean. Straight away the laptop started making a loud buzzing noise and the screen has started flickering. I understand it was rated as ‘fair’ but I expected better for £350.

    I ordered an ipad in a fair condition and it looks brand new and the delivery was super quick, so very happy with that. However it was meant to come with a power adapter and a charging cable. I did not receive any power adapter. Charging cable was included but it was a lightning one and the ipad needs a usb c one. The ipad also came uncharged with 15% battery and as I don’t own a usb c cable I now have to purchase a new one myself, which is just a bit inconvenient as I already spent money on a product that was meant to have it.
