    Fairly easy transfer of data from my old galaxy A53 to my refurbished A55. The condition of the phone was excellent and although it was used it looked new. It arrived earlier than expected and was well wrapped. I haven't needed to use customer service as yet so cannot comment on that.

    Arrived on time. The only complaint was the packaging. No box or charger. I am using it on an Apple charger and it works fine. Good weight, the smaller front screen is so good that I only occasionally use the folding screen. The battery holds it's charge well, good enough for watching films overnight
