    The whole experience was poor. The first watch got lost in the post, not the end of the world, but I had to argue to get my money back as they wanted me to wait until they found it. I then reordered, only for the second watch to arrive locked and unusable, so I had to return it. Throughout all of this, communication was very poor. I was told I’d be kept updated, yet I still have unanswered questions to this day. The third watch finally arrived, but it was dirty. After spending £400+, this simply shouldn’t happen. Be very careful, this has left a very sour taste for me.
