    I was slightly worried after reading reviews saying this seller had sent items late or in poor condition. So I worried even more when this laptop wasn’t posted until the last minute. Out of the box, it looked like a ‘good’ or ‘very good’ condition laptop, which was a nice surprise as it was sold as fair. There’s some very minor cosmetic wear on the case and a couple of backlight bleed spots, all expected and minimal. It also came with a brand new charger. Once booted up it was revealed it had Windows 11 pro (sold as home - another bonus) and a diagnostics check revealed a brand new (or very healthy) battery had been installed. Internal checks of the disk revealed it to have a reasonable amount of life left in it with CrystalDiskPro rating it as Good. One thing to note: it arrived on an older version of Windows 11 that’s no longer supported, with the TPM switched off in the BIOS. Both were easy to fix, but worth checking when yours arrives. Overall - I've had the laptop for a week now and everything is working exactly as I would hope. I'm happy with my purchase and I'd buy from the seller again.

    I ordered this laptop with Klarna on the 24th of Nov on a Sunday, and it came early on the 29th of Nov when it was predicted to get here on the 4th of Dec which is great! I seriously needed a laptop and I planned to game (mainly the sims) and edit on it, I thought that this laptop was a good deal for my specs and the budget I had. I've already spent two weeks with this laptop and I seriously love it. It's responsive, I thought it didn't have a backlit keyboard and IT DOES! It surprised me, and it's like a pastel purple colour which I love. It's so lovely to type on it and I also game on this laptop, so far, It's not gotten too hot and I think it has pretty good heat management. I got fair quality and honestly you cannot tell it's fair, it only has a few scratches you literally don't notice unless you look hard enough in the light. Battery life is pretty good too, but I was suggest bringing a charger with you, and I like that you can tailor the battery for either performance or longer battery life, it's pretty useful and I like choosing depending on what I'm doing. I use this laptop with a wireless mouse and both the trackpad and the mouse on occasion and both are very fluid! good variety on brightness, pretty good mic, but I'd suggest getting an external webcam, but I'm not so bothered by that because I prefer external webcams anyway. I've also had no issues using bluetooth or wifi, and the charger is long enough and efficient. It's a great screen size, it looks very clean and I've had no issues using it so far :) I'm very happy with my purchase and it suits my needs. The fact that you're able to get a laptop with these specs for £350 is a bargain in itself, especially from 2021. Definitely recommend the laptop and the seller!

    Bought a laptop. You used an old unsupported operating system. I had my work IT guys fix it, which involved a complete wipe and reinstall. Because it was so outdated that it could not be upgraded to a current system. Why my guys? because I work remotely, and they had it working in less than 2 days. If I followed Back Markets process, I would have to buy new packaging, take time out of my day to post it, wait 7 to 10 days to hopefully get it back, to then have my work IT guys do their thing. But, because I did this, I got nothing back for fixing BM's f-up. As I can't trust you anymore, I wanted to cancel my repair & service contract - which they have now LOST, as its on a separate website, and BM can't do anything either. You guys are a joke. I might get gear as its cost effective, but only because I have backup IT people on standby.
