    When I received the phone, I could not believe the excellent condition of it. It was listed as 'good' so I was expecting a few marks, but I cannot find one. There was a slight issue with the microphone having a bit of dirt in it that affected the calls, but this was easily remedied. I also traded in my old phone and got a very good price for it. I will definitely use Back Market again and happily recommend their service to anyone.

    Reasonably happy with purchase also the settings that were automatically loaded on device were incredibly frustrating to overcome/navigate (despite doing the usual merging with identical Google/gmail settings from previous device, etc). For eg. it took me quite a lot of time to get rid of a whole host of pop-ups configuring over the screen, which even made it difficult to type, eg. Google Assist, Gemini functioning, etc. This was not saved across from my previous device so it was frustrating that his was somehow a default on this newly wiped/reset phone.
