    Ordered a phone. Arrived without issue. Upon switching the phone on the screen was green and hazy. I have tried returning it, completed all the requirements & printed the DHL label. However, the Post Office that I selected from the Back Market website told me that their scanner didn't recognise the bar codes & they could not offer me a receipt. I have tried getting in contact with Back Market to resolve this issue but I have not had a response to the chat entry I made two days ago. There is no other way (e.g. phone or email) to contact Back Market so now I am totally stuck. I will never order from Back Market again (there's absolutely zero support).
