    they sent a damaged phone and refuse to refund. full of lies and deception. i ordered an "excellent" condition phone, when the phone arrived it had dents, deep scratches on the sides and damage to the screen. they also cut costs with delivery. they didn't use special delivery but used a much cheaper service without insurance despite paying for special delivery. the sellers and this site is full of deception. they say the phone is in "excellent" condition but it's the complete opposite.

    Received this item just before Christmas, it was ment to be unlocked but was not lasted 2 days and the poor quality screen kept freezing then went hazy and now appears to have a small crack within the screen behind the front glass …. Returned to seller and they sent it back saying I had broke it refusing to refund. I fell cheated by what I thought was a great company won’t be using them again and definitely won’t be recommending them
