    Mixed Experience with Back Market: Good Devices, Poor Battery Health As a repeat customer, this is my fifth time ordering from Back Market, and overall, my experience has been a mixed bag. On the positive side, the devices I've received have generally been in good condition at the end, and I've found their customer service to be responsive and helpful. However, there's a glaring issue that keeps cropping up: the batteries in the devices are consistently in significantly degraded condition after ordering and paying for excellent condition. This recurring problem is frustrating and time-consuming, especially when I need the device urgently. Having to send it back for replacement adds unnecessary hassle and delays. It's disappointing that despite the otherwise positive aspects of Back Market, they continue to overlook this crucial aspect of their products. In conclusion, while Back Market offers good devices and customer service, their consistent oversight regarding battery health and devices body condition is a major drawback that detracts from the overall experience.

    I’m incredibly disappointed in your lack of service. If you look at my conversations with you will find a long thread. I returned a phone in poor condition and scratches on the metal and a logo that was on every single app. We returned this and asked for a refund. Not a fix or a replacement. I’m asking from my money back to be very clear. And a time frame for when this will happen.
