I’m honestly really happy with my purchase. I ordered a MacBook Air (M1) in “excellent” condition and I wasn’t sure what to expect, especially at this price, but I was pleasantly surprised. The laptop arrived quickly, was clean, and looks practically brand new. There are no visible scratches or signs of wear at all. The biggest bonus for me was the battery health — it’s at 100%, which I definitely wasn’t expecting from a refurbished device. It runs smoothly, and everything works exactly as it should. Bought the premium refurbished Apple Watch series 10. Was delivered 2 days earlier than expected, packaged neatly, like new. I’ll probably pass it on to my nephew. I’m hoping this new one gives me at least another five years without problems. The M1 chip is genuinely a huge upgrade. I honestly feel like I’ve been living under a rock. The seamless connection with my iPhone 15 Pro is incredible.

I’ve used Back Market a couple of times before and regularly recommend it to anyone looking for a refurbished watch or phone. This time, though, I was tempted by a cheaper option elsewhere. After some consideration, I bought a second-hand Apple Watch from Amazon. Unfortunately, it was a pretty poor experience. The battery wouldn’t last a full day, the microphone didn’t work, the screen had lost its coating, and the back looked like it had been used as a skateboard. I guess when they say you can’t see signs of use from 30cm away, they mean when it’s strapped to your wrist. To be fair, it was listed as “Good” condition but even so, it was very disappointing. I returned it and came straight back to Back Market. I paid a bit more, upgraded to a newer model, and chose “Excellent” condition, and I’m really glad I did. While it’s not a like-for-like comparison, the difference was night and day. The watch I received is practically perfect. The battery health at 98% and the overall condition is excellent. Lesson learned! I won’t be straying again. Back Market will be my go to from now on.

I was worried about phone because spending money in refurbished phone make more risky, this is 3rd time I'm buying product from here my experience was on 2time while buying watch was really bad but this time when i got my z fold in my hand it as incredible and i notice only 1 minor and vere very tiny 1 scratch on scree but i was not much visible until you see deeply rest of other things were like brand new so happy still using phone with no issues.

Really pleased with this coffee machine. It was second hand but very well refurbished and works brilliantly. It needed a little clean when it arrived, but nothing major. It makes great coffee and performs just as well as a much more expensive new machine. I also like that buying refurbished is better for the planet and much cheaper than buying brand new. The instructions weren’t included, but it was easy enough to find them online with a quick Google search. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

My watch arrived a day earlier than planned and love it. Was a little awkward to set up but the watch needed a few updates and now works even better. The Watch 7 does so much more than any other Smartwatch has done that I've purchased before. Came in original box and looks brand new not refurbished or second hand.
