I've just had my data transferred to this reconditioned laptop. I'm very happy with it so far, though my technician had to change it from American to standard English! It's fast and has a clear, & good-sized screen.

Was well worth the money especially with the discount I used. Was in need of a transportable simple laptop for uni and I'm usually very uncomfortable making ecpensive purchases but only a few days after receiving it did all that guit go away when I saw how convenient and useful it was. It even helped me find my phone when I lost it in a city I dont know very well. If I didn't have this laptop with me I wouldnt've have had access to my Google account and my phone would have been lost. 10/10 has made back the money I spent on it easily 💙

The Laptop arrived early and in very good condition. The speed of this laptop is incredible and I wish I had found this site sooner. Recycling laptops like this make so much sense and makes it possible to get a high quality product at an affordable price. Thank You Back Market.

All ready to go out of the parcel. Lovely condition, all well, apart from speakers, they were crackling to start with, then they stopped working altogether. But as I had some spare speakers that were company, I tried them and they worked.

The device I ordered was with 1TB memory but the order I received was with 512GB memory. Although that laptop was working fine but my order was different I had to send it back and it’s been 6 days I haven’t received any update regarding replacement or refund.

The registry had not been set & Windows stuck on “work & School” account which I did not have. It cos me another £55 to have it reset to Windows 11 Personal so I could use it. Not happy - I should have sent it back but needed to use it pronto.

Value for money, quality and speed of delivery all very good. Packaging could have been better as outer cardboard sleeve was gaping and lap top was loose in the box. Had a bit of an issue connecting to outlook with the desktop email icon and had to download separately.

Good price. Machine Clean & Tidy. Clean & up to date Win 11 install. Emergency replacement for a business machine. Was able to recover within a day. Excellent result.
