The Laptop arrived early and in very good condition. The speed of this laptop is incredible and I wish I had found this site sooner. Recycling laptops like this make so much sense and makes it possible to get a high quality product at an affordable price. Thank You Back Market.

The registry had not been set & Windows stuck on “work & School” account which I did not have. It cos me another £55 to have it reset to Windows 11 Personal so I could use it. Not happy - I should have sent it back but needed to use it pronto.

Value for money, quality and speed of delivery all very good. Packaging could have been better as outer cardboard sleeve was gaping and lap top was loose in the box. Had a bit of an issue connecting to outlook with the desktop email icon and had to download separately.

Good price. Machine Clean & Tidy. Clean & up to date Win 11 install. Emergency replacement for a business machine. Was able to recover within a day. Excellent result.

I'm very happy with my purchase. Quality was described as fair but the laptop is in very good condition.

For a device that is in good condition, I expected to find it doing more than 2 hours of battery life but unfortunately, it is takes me less than that. Sometimes an 1hr 45 mins. Besides that, everything else seems to work perfectly fine

Very good deal. No real wear marks but two keys appear to have been replaced with keys having a different font printed on them. But nevertheless I’m very happy with the purchase.

Can’t fault the service - however, laptop only performs when plugged in. If on battery, once it gets to 80%, can only see half of the screen. This should have been found through testing.
