    I have no complaints about the phone which looks brand new and such a great price being in my 70s I had to wait until my Son could come and set it up.for me but once done I was able to use it straight away. I cannot fault either the phone or the service from Back Market and have recommended it already.

    My phone arrived ahead of schedule and was precisely as described. It was well packaged and protected and basically, they did exactly as they promised. That said, they were let down by the Royal Mail (not their fault,) who left it on the front door step, in the rain, in full view of the passing public DESPITE me providing 'safe place' details! They ignored my complaint too, so maybe you can talk to alternative couriers?
