    Phone was out of stock after ordering but the people selling rung me ASAP and organized a replacement (a Metallic Green, a rarer colour which would have cost £50 more) but they gave it to me with no extra cost and it was there literally the next day. Fantastic service and people involved 🙂

    The phone was ordered on Thursday delivered on Saturday. After a very close inspection I would say the phone was new. I know now why we have grandchildren, within half an hour everything was transferred from my old phone to the new one, thanks Connor. This was my second purchase from Back Market it won't be my last.

    I have had the handset for about 2 weeks now, the phone arrived in an original box with factory plastics around it. I would deem it a "new" phone. Everything works perfectly and as it should. Sent my old phone in aswell and the process was incredibly simple. I will be definitely buying again and I can't recommend it enough

    The phone is fine. Pretty much entirely as described. Delivery was fast. Unfortunately, you guys put a sticker on the back of the phone that's proving very difficult to shift and to get the remaining adhesive off. Think I'll end up having to buy a case to cover it. So, thank-you so much for that 👎
