Absolutely brilliant. This is the first time I’ve used Back Market to buy a reconditioned phone and the whole experience has been outstanding. My iPhone 13 arrived within days and although I had signed up for one in good condition, it arrived like a brand-new phone in both looks and function. They took my old iPhone in as part exchange with a price I was very happy with. The communication throughout was excellent and my husband is soon going to order from this company. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I thought it was about time I upgraded my iphone 7 which had 78% battery and was needing to be charged multiple times a day and full of its 32GB. After research I decided to go for the Iphone 13 Pro max which wasn't available in pristine condition. It was only available in 'good' condition, but after reading reviews I thought this was a risk I was willing to take. I also ordered it to have a new battery. The delivery was a little slow but I was in no rush, I've had the iphone 7 for over 5 years. Upon inspection I did see a couple of dinks in the outer frame, but nothing to concern me. I was really impressed and battery was 100% health so I felt much relieved. It was much easier to set up than I thought and within half an hour I was able to use it. In a protective case, you cannot see the dinks so looks and feel brand new. This is the second phone i've bought through Backmarket as I bought Iphone XR for our foster child a couple years ago and that was also immaculate. Really happy with it, though i don't think this one will take me the 5 year distance due to it being larger than I thought.

All good, battery at 95% and only scratch was one in the main screen which a screen protector covered up completely. This was a good example which was expected to have some slight defects so was more than happy with what I got.

Brilliant. Went for a phone in excellent condition and it is. No signs of wear at all. Splashed out on a new battery as I intend the phone to last for a good few years. Arrived two days earlier than expected. Would do this again.

This phone was purchased for one of my family in Sierra Leone and, although I have not personally used it, it appears to be in the perfect condition for purpose, and I'm extremely pleased - I will no doubt make further purchases through Back Market over time. Thank you

Great phone. It was purchased for our daughter as a gift. We also got a screen protector and case from Amazon, so with a screen protector and a case the small scratches are almost undetectable, however, the charging cable supplied with the phone leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately it keeps cutting out when charging, and has given her a slight electric shock. New charging cables have been ordered from Amazon. So overall.. the phone is fantastic, just the charging cable is a let down.
