Happy with my purchase, IPhone 12 Pro. I’ve opted for good condition and it did not disappoint, I can’t see a mark on the phone. Will definitely use again in the future and recommend to friends & family!

I thought it was about time I upgraded my iphone 7 which had 78% battery and was needing to be charged multiple times a day and full of its 32GB. After research I decided to go for the Iphone 13 Pro max which wasn't available in pristine condition. It was only available in 'good' condition, but after reading reviews I thought this was a risk I was willing to take. I also ordered it to have a new battery. The delivery was a little slow but I was in no rush, I've had the iphone 7 for over 5 years. Upon inspection I did see a couple of dinks in the outer frame, but nothing to concern me. I was really impressed and battery was 100% health so I felt much relieved. It was much easier to set up than I thought and within half an hour I was able to use it. In a protective case, you cannot see the dinks so looks and feel brand new. This is the second phone i've bought through Backmarket as I bought Iphone XR for our foster child a couple years ago and that was also immaculate. Really happy with it, though i don't think this one will take me the 5 year distance due to it being larger than I thought.

I have previously purchased my refurbished phones from a well known competitor, but on this occasion I decided to try out Back Market as they offered a better (and cheaper!) deal on this phone, AND they offered the 'new battery' option, which the other service didn't. All I can say is WOW, just WOW! The phone arrived in mint condition (as described) along with 100% battery health. I must admit though, when I picked up the box and heard something small and rattling about inside, I dreaded opening it expecting a broken screen or something. But no, it was only the sim card tray adapter and Lightning cable. lol. I feel like I have just bought a brand new phone, it IS that good! I can definitely recommend Back Market as THE place to go for your refurbished phones. I will probably mention about my experiences of buying from them on our YouTube channel soon enough. The phone is great but the front speaker didn’t work. Thankfully an appointment at the Apple Store was able to fix it with some compressed air and brushes but this should’ve been done prior to shipping.

Im perfectly happy with my phone. Few scratches but on the camera and edges of my phone but this was expected as its refurbished. screen was immaculate and i paid for a new battery. very happy. only thing was the wire provided did not work.

At first I was unsure regarding the overall quality of a refurbished product, even after doing research for a quite some time, considering that the price is significant, although it is much more cheaper than a brand new one and has better quality than a 2nd handed product. When I received the product, I was surprised by the quality and the condition. It was neat and with fewer scratches than I thought. I have been using it for 3 weeks now and I am really satisfied. The shipping was also unbelievably super fast.

My wife was looking to update her IPhone first series SE phone. As new phones are a lot bigger, she wasn't really happy with the idea of going from just under a 5 inch phone to something that was 6.5 inch. I have a Galaxy phone at 6.1 inch and after a lot of deliberation, she said she would go to that size. My son had not long bought a refurbished/reconditioned phone from Back Market. He gave a glowing report. Must admit I wasn't sure and also spending quite a bit of money on a phone that has been used. Anyhow my wife and I looked and talked. Then we took a chance, the phone was marked down as fair. Well.... My wife is really pleased. One little scuff not worth mentioning. Even the size, she has found really good. It seems to have turned out to be a really good buy. Would I look to buy again when needing a phone? YES, I would. Thank you.

Great phone. It was purchased for our daughter as a gift. We also got a screen protector and case from Amazon, so with a screen protector and a case the small scratches are almost undetectable, however, the charging cable supplied with the phone leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately it keeps cutting out when charging, and has given her a slight electric shock. New charging cables have been ordered from Amazon. So overall.. the phone is fantastic, just the charging cable is a let down.

This is the third phone I have purchased in recent years from Backmarket and they have all been excellent. This time I chase fair condition with a new battery. There are a few scratches as expected, but these are covered by a case. Having 100% battery life is great.
