I ordered on the Fri 30 jan and got it the next day, phone loooks perfect no scratches with 88% battery. I’m so happy because I’ve had family and friends order from back market but this is my first time and let’s just say it’s too good for a refurbished phone. Thanks WIZARD EUROPE Ltd. Almost next day delivery, v happy I paid for the excellent quality version as the phone arrived without any kind of use or any scratches whatsoever. So far so good; the iPhone 13 has an unblemished screen, it is in excellent cosmetic condition and seems to be working well. The battery shows 86% capacity. The only reason I haven't given the top score is because Back Market didn't take my old iPhone 6 in part exchange - but I apprecaite that its value probably makes that unviable.

Amazing experience! I purchased an iPhone 13 in excellent condition with the standard battery. It arrived the next day! I was worried about the battery health but it had 100% full charge. The condition of the phone is immaculate. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Back Market!

I bought the refurbished Samsung A71 for my wife, as she kept on complaining that the camera on my A71 were far superior to the ones her phone produced. First delivery: we were away from home and not due back until Sunday 24th March 2024. Late pm on the previous Friday (22nd), I placed the order, having noted that the scheduled delivery will be either Monday 25th or Tuesday 26th. The first delivery attempt was on the Saturday, the second on the Sunday (an hour before we got home), and the third and successful delivery was on the Monday. Am I complaining? No, certainly not, thank you for the prompt service. Second, the phone: The only indication that the phone wasn't brand new was the back-plate; but as my wife uses a cover, who cares? It was easy to set up and my wife is pleased with it. Phew! A new-ish A71 for half the price of a new one; thank you Back Market.

I am not a fan of buying electronics that are second hand always thought it will be in bad condition. To my surprise it’s amazing, I went with the “excellent” option and it was that excellent . I shall be making more purchases. And the phone was for my child and they love it.

I received my iPhone two days ago and I couldn’t be more pleased. It arrived in excellent condition, just as described, and the delivery was impressively fast and efficient. From ordering to receiving my new I phone 14 plus the experience was flawless. I just love my new phone especially the screen size. Got a great trade in with my old phone too. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Back Market again. I asked for great condition and it was like pristine.

Prompt delivery, phone in good condition as expected. Some disappointment that battery level is only 86% - I know it could have been anything from 80%+ but I was hoping for something in the 90s. Saying that, it does at least seem to be holding charge well and is as responsive to use as you'd expect.
