I have been buying my phones and for my while family from Backmarket for years now. Each time, the phone I receive is better than expected and could easily be mistaken for brand new. The condition of every phone is great and the battery life on them is as good as new phones. I will continue to support this site. Not only are they helping the planet, they also help me save lots of money.

nice condition, a few marks and the battery at 86%, I paid the highest price to get the best condition. I was worried that the refurb may have non apple parts, this wasn't the case. I think it would be better if the seller is a authorised refurbishment with genuine parts, this should be displayed on the listing. The phone is a jump in speed compared to my old XS

Came super quickly, came in the original apple box with the charger and all papers. The box was the most damaged part with a big dent in the side and few scratches. The iPhone itself was almost COMPLETELY scratch free, no chips, cracks or anything. The only thing was the tiniest crack on the flash light which i realized a week after (so im not 100% sure if this was my fault or if it was there from the beginning). I got the phone in excellent condition which is was. Definitely no different to buying a brand new phone. It works completely fine and saved a good deal of money. Not to mention the impact a new phone would have had on the environment. I cannot recommend back market enough. I felt safe with my money and never thought I was being scammed. The assurance that the phones are checked and “restored” via a different company shows that you are getting a good quality. I saved almost £200 on the iPhone 14 and when i say it’s good as new. I made I wouldn’t have been able to tell the difference between this phone and a new phone.

After three months of use, I'm genuinely impressed with the product's quality! It arrived in excellent condition with a 100% battery, recently repaired with genuine Apple parts. While it took some time for the phone to adapt to my user habits, we've formed a great bond. Really thrilled to create more memories with it! 😊

I had this phone in ‘excellent condition’ it arrived really quickly (much quicker than I was told) It appears never to have been out of the box! It is immaculate. I’m so pleased with it. This is the 3rd time I’ve used backmarket and each time have been massively impressed.

Was wary initially about purchasing over Internet.....no need! excellent updates on delivery, did what they said. ordered a Samsung S21 after dropping my beloved S10+ and irreparable. the only thing I don't like about the S21 is screenshotting. Apart from that a great phone

Ordered the iPhone 13, excellent condition. It came within 2 days! No scratches etc, looks brand new. Almost 100% battery life. Really happy with the purchase, was my first time buying products from back market and highly recommend it.
