the phone so far( 3 weeks In) has been excellent. would never know it's not a brand new phone and my daughter has had no problems with it so far . it was quite nice it came in a plain generic box as my daughter had no idea we had got her an iPhone 12 untill she had actually opened the box .

Opted for an iPhone 12. It arrived within a couple of days and was as described. They took my iPhone 7 and the sum agreed for that was in my bank within 3 weeks. Would recommend to others and would certainly use Backmarket again.

Good selection to choose from. Different price points to satisfy quality required. Received my iPhone 12. All going well so far. Might look to purchase iPad to replace my old one. Works slightly different from my old iPhone. But a quick idiots search on the internet enabled me to figure it all out. Need to purchase one for my son next (upgrade). I’ll definitely consider Back-Market.

the phone looks good and okay, comes with 100 percent battery health and functions well, but I can't purchase with my apple ID 😭 it has a problem with the stuff and I've tried taking to a phone shop, dey told me I have to get a new one. And the front cam is not that okay.

So glad I bought this! First time using back market. Phone in perfect condition (paid for best option and was cheaper than the 'good' option listed). Phone is new, basically. Great phone, great price. Highly recommend

Really lovely phone and in excellent condition, sevive was good and fast There really is only one small problem and that’s when I have incoming calls and chats it only rings once so if I’m not within range I miss it. Iv been hanging on to see if it sorts itself and really wondered if I wasn’t doing everything I should be as I’m not really great on these sort of things. Just to say I dealt with this company a couple of years ago when I bought my first phone from them and didn’t have any problems at all

When my phone arrived I was so excited, because it looked like it was brand new and in its lovely box. I’m getting used to the fact the battery only charges to 85%, but that’s no hardship, and it seems to be holding its charge well. I can’t comment on the dual sim aspect yet, but I’m going overseas soon, so that will be the perfect opportunity to check out everything. Excellent condition, not a scratch to be found anywhere, and as I said, I could swear it’s brand new, based on the packaging and appearance when it arrived. Super fast service too, it seemed like I ordered it on one day and it arrived the very next day, so I couldn’t be happier. 😊

Great service, phone arrived quickly in good quality packaging. No scratches on the screen or the back of phone. Only imperfections I could see was a tiny scuff on the bevel of the rear camera. Other than that it was A1 condition. Will definitely be buying my next phone off Back Market.

Bought the phone for my daughter's birthday. This is 3rd time I have used Backmarket. Really have nothing to complain about. Phone always works well, price is always reasonable and daughter's are always happy for another 1-2 years. :-) Never had any issues with phones I bought from this website. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is looking for the cheaper option of like new phone.
