    Received my Apple MacBook Air today (M1, 16GB Ram, 512GB SSD) and am absolutely delighted with my purchase. I required a laptop or system to setup a home music studio (I'm a songwriter) and researched this for some time. I also researched outlets to purchase refurbished units and backmarket seemed to be the place to deal with. The price was great, the item is in such good condition you couldn't distinguish it from new, and it runs great. I'm just having to wait to setup my apple ID as I spoke to apple and they have some issues right now. But other than that, so happy with this thing I can't put it down and within the next 2 months or so I will have purchased all of the required items on a rather large list. Any time I require a similar item, I will be using backmarket and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or colleagues. Superb products, superb service and the way they deal with customers makes you feel valued and rather like your part of some elite club lol.     The surface pro 7 was as described, excellent condition, just as new. Order processing, delivery and performance also excellent. Very pleased to move on to windows 11, as our two older surface pros were still windows 10, and therefore not as secure for todays world.

    Absolutely superb! For fair condition the laptop looks practically new, and the performance is wonderful! My son chose this for me as I haven’t used a laptop in 17 years and desperately needed one. This is perfect for me, it’s a good size, keyboard is comfortable, it’s thin and lightweight, functionality is easy to work out. It’s amazing! Thanks to my son and Back Market I’m no longer doing everything on my phone, and it’s taking me 1/3 of the time to do what I need to do! Everything we’ve had from Back Market has been perfect and exceeded expectations! Highly recommended!!!

    Really pleased with this. Wasn't sure if a Chromebook was for me, however, it was so easy to copy over the files I wanted from my laptop, ( even for a non-techy like me) and even getting the printer added was child's play. The biggest difference for me is the speed - no waiting for several minutes for files to load, it is instant. The condition is exactly as described, so it's a 10/10 so far from me.

    The device arrived promptly and was in better condition than fair, which is the condition I purchased. There were a few small scratches on the bottom on the laptop but this is insignificant as I never see them. The laptop works exactly as I would expect. I am so pleased!

    I got this iPad just for fun and because it’s really cheap. I got it in “good” condition. It came with literally no scratch at all. It’s soooo clean. Camera works perfectly. Everything is so good. I’m so so happy with this purchase. The battery health, although shows null when I check is very good as it lasts all day. This is my second purchase from back market in 2 months. I got an iPhone 13 Pro Max in November and it’s still going strong.
