Ordered an excellent grade MacBook Air but it arrived with a chipped screen in the top left hand corner ( looks like a cat has bit en the screen ) and the battery wasn’t the best either but otherwise it’s set up all ok

The condition was probably better than good in all honesty! We did have multiple issues getting data onto it from another iPad, and it only worked once we backed up the other iPad to iCloud and got the data from the backup, but that's an Apple issue. The screen is a little bit bigger and definitely better visually too than the older iPads. It feels like a great sweet spot between price and performance. It's where Back Market seems to work well. Very new models are usually better bought from manufacturers as far as I can see.

I needed a quick replacement for my tablet that stopped working recently and I thought a Chromebook would be the best option,the best of both worlds of tablet and laptop. I didn't have a huge budget and I had noticed backmarket a while ago and decided to take a look. Honestly the prices seemedtoo good to be true and I wasn't expecting all that much for the £75 I spent. Well this little Chromebook is awesome. It's far better than described, in excellent condition and a total bargain. I love it and I'm more than happy with my purchase. It arrived quickly very well packaged. I am impressed and I will absolutely use Back market again.

Excellent condition there are only 2 small scratches on the surface which aren’t very noticeable. My MacBook came packaged really well in protective packaging and secured well in the box. It works just like new, very fast and fluid. Definitely a bargain for the price I paid! I will be purchasing more second hand tech from Backmarket in the future, excellent and speedy customer service.

I was a little sceptical at first with the prices being a lot lower than the likes of cex and second hand shops, but after reading some trust pilot reviews decided to take a chance. well what can I say, iPad arrived next day and despite ordering a mid range condition it was absolutely mint. very happy with my purchase, battery at 100% not a single mark on it. Very well packaged too along with a great new charger cable and power plug which I wasn't expecting. Perfect! I will certainly use this service again.

You’re getting what u pay for. Good quality from back market. If you need an iPad get one but if your unsure then you probably don’t need one. Using it with a pen makes it run out quite fast. General use is okay. Doesnt seem as good at connecting to the internet as phone or laptop. But overall good. Great for writing notes on documents, I.e if your a student great for annotating research(in pdf form).

I was delighted to receive my ipad. It is in super condition and easy to use. It was delivered very quickly and came with everything I needed. I was so pleased with the serbvice, that I recommended it to my daughter in law who then went and bought an iphone for her daughter. Thank you - very service/great product. Will definitely use again in the future.

Purchased the Chromebook, which upon delivery was well packaged and in good condition. One small dent on the lid, but nothing to write home about. Laptop powered up fine. But the 3rd party packaged USB-C charger kept constantly getting red hot when plugged in. Decided not to use this in case of damage to the laptop whilst charging. Had a spare cable. The most fundamental issue I found was that although the chromebook was advertised as 'Qwerty-English'. It is actually physically a US keyboard layout which was frustrating to say the least. Have not returned and we will live with this, but should importantly have been included in the item description. Bit disappointed on this front. But overall, the purchase was good.
